The Faculty Loan Repayment Program (FLRP) works to increase faculty from disadvantaged backgrounds by providing loan repayment to those who have an interest in pursuing a career at an eligible health professions school.
You may receive up to $40,000 for two years of service to repay your qualifying educational loans. In addition, HRSA encourages a funding match from your health professions school.
You must obtain all qualifying educational loans prior to the application deadline of Thursday, June 25, 2020, at 7:30 PM ET.

Before you apply:
Read the annually updated Application and Program Guidance. Make sure you understand the terms and conditions of the contract.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be from an environmentally or economically disadvantaged background,
- Have an eligible health professions degree or certificate, and
- Have an employment commitment as a faculty member at an approved health professions institution for a minimum of two years.
