The 15th Annual Pennsylvania Rural Health Conference, "Roots of Change" has been announced by The Pennsylvania Office of
Rural Health, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Penn State Cooperative Extension.
Participants have the opportunity to attend speaker sessions, workshops and exhibits designed to connect people, agencies,
businesses and information. Join with us to sponsor an event attended by healthcare administrators, providers, advocates,
rural community agency representatives and extension educators from across the state. All sponsors and contributors are
recognized in our conference program.
All sponsors and contributors are recognized in our conference program, and meal, break and social event sponsors are
prominently posted at the site of the event. Our doorprize activity is designed to maximize exhibitor participation by
